Water volumes supplied by bulk water companies and municipalities are at times estimated for long periods of time due to broken infrastructure. This often leads to inaccurate billing of the water resource which results in disputes between the bulk water supplier or municipality and the customer. We have developed processes and procedures to remedy such disputes and when the need arises we are appointed to negotiate a resolution. We have had good success in this field with both the supply of potable water and in the case of industrial effluent accounts.
